Love Hina
As a young boy, Keitaro Urashima once promised a girl he played with that they would enter the University of Tokyo together. Though he has forgotten her name, Keitaro still dreams of being reunited once he gets accepted. Unfortunately, that's easier said than done, and he has already failed the entrance exam twice. Keitaro decides to stay at his grandmother's Hinata Inn while he studies for the next attempt, but what he doesn't know is that she not only away on vacation, but has converted the entire building into a female-only dormitory. He learns this the hard way when the women living there believe a pervert is on the prowl and apprehend him. Keitaro is saved at the last minute by his aunt Haruka, and after a short phone call to his grandmother, he is made manager of Hinata House.
The female tenants of Hinata House including Naru Narusegawa, Motoko Aoyama, Kaolla Su and Mitsune Konno, are distraught at having a male manager of a women's dorm. Keitaro now has to balance trying to enter Tokyo U, along with his new duties navigating a house full of women. When he discovers that Naru is also aiming for Tokyo U, and has the best practice exam scores in all of Japan, Keitaro convinces her to help him study, but their conflicting personalities may not be a match made in heaven...
